The QC department is controlling the quality from all the raw material and the production process. So Oxen can supply high quality of products and service.

FDA TEST 
All of the products for cosmetics have been approved by test according to FDA regulations for heavy metals content.

ASTM TEST 
All of the products are complied with the stated requirements of ASTM F963-96a (American Society for Testing and Materials): Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety: 4.3.5 Paint and Similar Surface-Coating Materials.

Cosmetics Safety Test 

Taiwan SGS Test:

All of the products for cosmetic have been approved by test according to Cosmetics Products (Safety Regulation) 1996.

China National Flaver, Essence, and Cosmetic Quality Control and Inspection Centre (CNFECQCIC) Test:

All of the products for cosmetic have been approved by test according to Chinese Stand GB7916-1987 on heavy metals and microbial purity.
